SNAPS is a great resource for Mecklenburg County Virginia. It is funded by donations and grants that it's members spend hours applying for from such places as Pet Smart and Bob Barker.
If you are in need of Spaying or Neutering a pet SNAPS will assist with a great discount and possibly pay the entire cost.
Also, should you rescue an animal they will help with the cost to care for the animal and will find it a home should you be unable to keep the animal.
